One ticket for all public transport: the South Tyrol Guest Pass Scena is valid for your entire stay, including arrival and departure days. You will receive the digital pass directly upon arrival at our hotel. Included in Südtirolmobil:
Booking, deposit and cancellation conditions
To guarantee your reservation, we kindly ask you to make a deposit of 30% by credit card or bank transfer within 7 days. You will receive the exact payment conditions together with your booking confirmation.
Please understand that while booking of room categories is possible, we cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors.
Room layouts and furnishings may vary within the same category.
Cancellation conditions
Unless otherwise agreed (e.g. travel cancellation insurance), cancellations will be charged as follows:
• up to 21 days before arrival: 0%, deposit will be refunded
• 20–7 days before arrival: 30%
• 6–3 days before arrival: 60%
• from 2 days before arrival, in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100%
There is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the Italian Consumer Protection Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of Legislative Decree 206/2005) – however, we grant you the above cancellation terms.
Travel cancellation insurance with the European Travel Insurance
Something can always happen before the start of a journey. Should you need to cancel a booked stay at short notice, arrive late or leave early, cancellation fees will apply. To protect yourself from any related costs, we recommend taking out travel insurance with the European Travel Insurance. You can easily complete the relevant form online and enjoy full coverage (REISE-STORNO-SCHUTZ).
Payment options on site
The final bill can be settled by card (Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard, EC card) or in cash. Cash payments (banknotes) receive a 1.25% discount.
Diners Club and American Express are not accepted.

The listed half-board prices include all services of our pampering half board and 10% VAT.
The local tourist tax of € 3.80 per person per night is not included in the stated prices and must be paid on site (children under 14 years exempt).
BED AND BREAKFAST prices correspond to the half-board rate minus € 25.00 and are fixed; breakfast not taken cannot be deducted.
Children’s rates
we offer special fixed prices for children and teenagers. Children up to 2 years stay free of charge. Children’s rates apply when two full-paying adults share the same room. When children occupy a separate room, the children’s rates do not apply.

You can be sure to receive the best possible rate for your desired stay, with all seasonal promotions automatically included. No hidden costs or additional fees will be charged.
Flexible price system
Our flexible pricing system depends on the requested period, demand, and occupancy.
Offers, holiday packages and discounts cannot be combined (neither with each other nor with our special deals and packages). Unused services included in a package cannot be deducted from the price.
Check-in & check-out
Your room will be ready for you from 3:00 pm on your day of arrival.
On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 11:00 am.
If you expect to arrive after 7:00 pm, please give us a quick call.
Your stay
Our reception is open daily until 8:30 pm – personal, friendly and uncomplicated.
If you have any special requests or needs (e.g. allergies, flowers, taxi service, leisure activities), please let us know. We will take care of it.
Holidays with your dog
Please understand that we do not accept pets in our hotel.
