In addition to the culinary highlights of our world of indulgence, you can look forward to these special inclusive services:

• Weekly welcome aperitif with generous variety of snacks and drinks
• Special dishes for allergy sufferers and vegetarian options available on request
• Fresh South Tyrolean apples available all day, revitalised Grander water throughout the hotel, as well as wellness and herbal teas in the spa area
• On your day of arrival, you are welcome to enjoy breakfast in our hotel. The breakfast price for the first day of your holiday is € 20.00 per person.
• You are also welcome to invite friends to join you for dinner (price for the multi-course à la carte menu € 55.00 per person).

• An outdoor parking space is of course available to you. For one of the limited underground parking spaces we charge € 8.00 per day.
• You can charge your electric car at our charging stations (in the car park and garage) for a fee.
• Your bicycles can be stored in our lockable bike room. Sufficient charging points for e-bikes are available (free of charge).
• Wi-Fi throughout the hotel – free and easy to use.

One ticket for all public transport: the South Tyrol Guest Pass Scena is valid for your entire stay, including arrival and departure days. You will receive the digital pass directly upon arrival at our hotel. Included in Südtirolmobil:

• Regional trains in South Tyrol: from Brennero to Trento as well as from Malles to San Candido Hiking bus Scena
• Local buses (city, intercity and community buses)
• Cable cars to Renon, Maranza, Colle, Meltina and Verano
• The Renon tram and the Mendola funicular
• With the integrated ticket system, the Swiss PostBus between Malles and Müstair can also be used.

Booking, deposit and cancellation conditions
To guarantee your reservation, we kindly ask you to make a deposit of 30% by credit card or bank transfer within 7 days. You will receive the exact payment conditions together with your booking confirmation.
Please understand that while booking of room categories is possible, we cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors.
Room layouts and furnishings may vary within the same category.

Cancellation conditions
Unless otherwise agreed (e.g. travel cancellation insurance), cancellations will be charged as follows:
• up to 21 days before arrival: 0%, deposit will be refunded
• 20–7 days before arrival: 30%
• 6–3 days before arrival: 60%
• from 2 days before arrival, in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100%
There is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the Italian Consumer Protection Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of Legislative Decree 206/2005) – however, we grant you the above cancellation terms.

Travel cancellation insurance with the European Travel Insurance
Something can always happen before the start of a journey. Should you need to cancel a booked stay at short notice, arrive late or leave early, cancellation fees will apply. To protect yourself from any related costs, we recommend taking out travel insurance with the European Travel Insurance. You can easily complete the relevant form online and enjoy full coverage (REISE-STORNO-SCHUTZ).

Payment options on site
The final bill can be settled by card (Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard, EC card) or in cash. Cash payments (banknotes) receive a 1.25% discount.
Diners Club and American Express are not accepted.
