At the Lagrein, breakfast is served daily from 07:30 – 10:30 am in a relaxed atmosphere, featuring fine regional products and a touch of Mediterranean lightness.
Start your day with a delicious and balanced breakfast: freshly baked bread, cheese from local mountain farms, South Tyrolean speck, homemade fruit spreads.
Honey, yoghurt and milk from South Tyrolean producers. Of course, fruit and freshly prepared egg dishes and crêpes to your wishes – and much more. Your prefect way to start the day.
Our breakfast de luxe is served – by prior arrangement – in the garden at a separate table with views over the Merano region. Among palms, rose scents, and the morning sun, the start of the day becomes more private – and a little festive.

After a day in the mountains or by the pool, it’s time to look forward to dinner. At the Lagrein, we serve a daily multi-course à la carte dinner.Whenever possible, ingredients come from the surrounding area.
Vegetarian, vegan, or for food intolerances? Naturally.
Our kitchen team combines South Tyrolean tradition with Italian lightness. Straightforward, seasonal, and carefully prepared.
For a light midday snack, we serve a small selection of delicacies and specialities.
Sometimes just a coffee. Sometimes an aperitivo before dinner. And sometimes simply delightful moments in pleasant company.
Our bar is a place for every time of day. Espresso, beer, cocktail, or a glass of wine – prepared and served with the expertise and calm of our bar manager Elias Pederiva.

Your day begins with a gourmet breakfast in the Orangerie, continues with relaxing hours in the garden or spa, and ends with a fine candle-light dinner in our restaurant.
